Welcome to Community Care Resource Council (CCRC) Social Media Manager (“CCRC SMM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CCRC SMM, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old to use CCRC SMM.

• You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including content you create, schedule, or publish.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

• Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you upload, schedule, or publish through CCRC SMM.

• Our Rights: By using our platform, you grant us permission to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.

• Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the platform.

• Upload malicious software or attempt unauthorized access to systems.

• Misuse the service for spam, harassment, or misleading information.

6. Third-Party Integrations

CCRC SMM connects with third-party platforms (e.g., social media networks). By using these integrations, you agree to comply with their respective terms and policies.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep CCRC SMM available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance or upgrades.

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

• We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

• CCRC SMM is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCRC SMM, its officers, employees, and partners from claims or damages resulting from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
